Unlico's demonstration versions do not offer you any kind of tech support, whatsoever. This information is available on the License Agreement to which you have agreed upon (right before downloading Unlico) and is also available on the software itself (on its help page), for your convenience.

However, there are a few things you can do:

  • You can check whether the topics you need assistance for, are available on Unlico's help page (click here).
  • You can look up for information about the topics you need assistance for, upon our Knowledge Base (click here).
  • You can contact our team by sending us a message (click here).



Unlico's tech support is done entirely through the software itself, using the user chat channel that connects you directly (24x7x365) to your exclusive worldwide support staff.

However, if you are away from your infrastructure or have no access to Unlico right now (or have been facing trouble direct connecting to your support staff through Unlico - internet down, perhaps) and need to get connected to you tech support staff right now, please click here.
