Background and history

Unlimail is MarkzCorp's email client product.

Unlimail was designed to be a safe email client software, avoiding vulnerabilities found in regular, unsafe, email exchange solutions. It was first released in 2015 and in 2016 one simplified version was released to the general public, free of charge, in a DEMO version, combined together with Unlico.

At the present, Unlimail is an email client that implements regular email protocols, such as SMTP, POP3, IMAP, and regular security layers like SSL, SSH and TLS. However, Unlimail is the only email client to dynamically encode all important pieces of data in your emails (subject, body and attachments - including the attachments names), in an end-to-end fashion, using Unlico's top encoding features, such as variable-sized and unlimited-sized encoding keys.

Key features

"Unlimail" is a shortening for "unlimited mail", and it was designed to be the ultimate way to safely exchange emails between people or computers.

Unlimail's most important features aren't available in the DEMO version, but most of the essential safety features can be tested with it.

Unlimail is, in a general perspective, able to:

  • End-to-end strongly encoded email exchange.
  • Connect to regular email service providers, using regular protocols and security layers.
  • Protect valuable information in email subject, body and attachments.
  • Connect to multiple email accounts, gathering and protecting all email flow.
  • Split sent email traffic from received email traffic.
  • Enable chatting through email service providers, when combined with Unlich and Unlinet.
  • "Cloud" store large encoded/protected files (larger than regular email service providers would accept), when combined with Unlift.

Unlimail is available from traditional MS Windows versions to Apple's OSX versions and Unixes versions (where Linux versions are the most popular), for 32 or 64 bit architectures. Mobile 32 bit versions are also available for Android based hardware or Apple's iOS based devices (iPhones and iPads).

Other specific hardware architectures, such as mainframes for instance, may be addressed at customer request, as the FULL version is available for pretty much any hardware architecture and operating system in the market.

There are primarily cross-platform GUI input based Unlimail versions available. Command-line versions may be addressed at customer request.
